(Intro from Airports Planes I)

I used to spend an inordinate amount of time in airports and on planes. I always tried to get to the airport early so I could shoot there. There’s something about airports, train stations, and the likes, that creates interesting situations.

Couple that with the fact that for whatever reason people in those places seem to understand that photos will be taken and they’re OK with that.

When I fly I try to get a window seat, for obvious reasons. There are no aerial pictures in this collection. All of these are shot in an airport, or of an airport.

The airplanes and helicopters in flight that I’ve shot are mostly from the ground, but some are shot from other planes.
