(Intro from Snow in the Country I)

I made this collection some time ago, and now, in literally the hottest year in recorded history, it seems strangely appropriate to show it.

Snow in the City is often paired with the many different colors in the environment.

Snow in the countryside is mostly condensed into black and white images with accents of colors. It becomes a more graphic statement with these limitations.

It also is more breathtaking than the city stuff, partly because of its rarity and purity.

I’m fascinated by snow in the city, but I’m overwhelmed by snow in the country.
